The "Fonts-General" component has been removed from the System/Graphics Subsystem/Fonts catalog. All packages from the "Fonts-general" catalog are distributed among the components. Packages with a common font family are grouped into a single component. The System/Graphics Subsystem/Fonts catalog contains 28 font components, with the prefix "fonts-" added to each component.

Created a subcategory “Fonts” in System/Graphic subsystem. Created separate components with their own font package: Noto Sans Regular, Droid Sans Mono, Droid Sans, Noto Sans Mono Regular, Noto Sans VF, Noto Sans Mono VF, Source Code Pro Regular, “Fonts-General” component.

- Rename to alt-components-base (this is common part of alt descriptions).
