New font components

The "Fonts-General" component has been removed from the System/Graphics Subsystem/Fonts catalog. All packages from the "Fonts-General" catalog are distributed into components. Packages with a common font family are grouped into a single component. The System/Graphics Subsystem/Fonts catalog contains 28 font components, with the prefix "fonts-" added to each component.
